You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Product License & Usage

All digital products sold on DigitalMarket (including themes, templates, plugins, graphics, and tools) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as follows:

• Regular License: For use in a single end product for yourself or one client. The end product may be sold or distributed for free.
• Extended License: For use in a single end product that will be sold or distributed with paid access (SaaS, subscription, etc.).
• You may not: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original product files with any third party.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via PayPal or Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you experience technical issues that cannot be resolved, contact our support within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind or found a better product elsewhere.

To request a refund, email us at support@digitalmarket.com with your order ID and reason.

5. Product Delivery & Downloads

After successful payment, you will receive:

• A unique download link sent to your registered email.
• Access to your purchased products in your dashboard under "My Downloads".

Download links expire after 30 days or 5 download attempts, whichever comes first. We recommend saving the product files locally after download.

6. Support

Each product includes 6 months of free support from the author. Support covers:

• Questions about product features and usage
• Bug fixes and minor issues
• Compatibility with latest versions of platforms (WordPress, Bootstrap, etc.)

Support does not include customization requests, installation on third-party servers, or integration with external services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any product.
• Use our platform to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or user accounts.
• Resell or redistribute products without purchasing an extended license.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DigitalMarket (logos, graphics, website design, product listings) is owned by DigitalMarket or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of our website without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
